    Important Notes:

    1. At least one author of each accepted paper in the main conference must register at Regular rate (either ACM member or non- ACM-member) as shown above (either Indian or International), even if the author is a student. Student registration is applicable only for the student attendees and doctoral symposium authors (if they do not have any other papers in other tracks).
    2. Authors having more than one main paper in the conference are required to register the first paper at the regular rate. They can register their 2nd and 3rd papers at the one day registration rate.
    3. At least one author of each accepted workshop paper/poster must register for One Day Registration rate (either Indian or International), if they want to attend the workshop-day or poster presentation day only. If they want to attend the full conference (Jan 04-07), then they need to register at the regular rate (either ACM member or non- ACM-member).
    4. If a student author of a workshop/poster paper is the only registrant for that paper and wants to attend the entire 4 days of the conference, then they can register the paper at one-day registration rate, plus a student (either ACM member or non- ACM-member) registration to attend all the 4 days. The deadlines for registration in AoE are:
      1. Main paper authors: 8th November 2024
      2. Workshop/Demos/Posters: 15th November 2024
      3. General Registration Deadline : 20th December 2024
      4. The registration page will close after 20th December 2024.
