Dr. Saurabh Kumar has joined the CSE dept as Assistant Professor.
Bio of Dr. Saurabh Kumar:
Prior to joining IIT Hyderabad, he was a Postdoctoral Scholar at Department of Computer Science, McCormick School of Engineering, Northwestern University, USA.. He completed his PhD from Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, advised by Sandeep Kumar Shukla at IIT Kanpur and Biswabandan Panda at IIT Bombay. his research interests include cybersecurity, Android security, malware analysis and cyber forensics. Before joining IIT Kanpur, he served as an Assistant Programmer with the Central Bureau of Investigation, India. In CBI, his work revolved around Cybercrime and Cyber Forensics along with the management of information technology related activities of the Department.
