What is Site Reliability Engineering? What are the key principles of SRE? How can enterprises adopt the principles of SRE to transform from technology operations to customer experience? Reji will share her team’s SRE journey and how it helped in improving the Observability and Reliability of the infrastructure platforms.

Speaker Profile:

Reji Rajendran is an Associate Director at Verizon for the Digital Workplace team-leading employee experience and enablement, desktop virtualization. Endpoint strategy and planning. With 17 years of experience in IT, she is adept in Infrastructure operations, Cloud and Platform Engineering, Datacenter technologies, Software development, product operating models, etc. She is passionate about technology, is actively involved in mentoring women in technology & leadership, and champions the D&I initiatives at the workplace.
