Abstract:

In this talk, we will discuss the world of cyber security skills, and the pathways for one to benefit from having realistic experience of dealing with a Cyber Attack. We will walk through a recent cyber attack and how it can be replicated in a contained environment for learning.

Speaker Profile:

Jay Adusupalli, has been with Cisco since 2020 as the Technical Leader for Customer Delivery, APAC. Jay manages the Cisco Cyber Range Service, which helps Enterprises and Education Institutes to address the Skill Gap for Cyber Security. Jay has around 15 years of experience securing Wireline and Mobility networks. He has been instrumental in advocating for Cyber Security Skill development in the region. He also part of the World Skills Cyber Security Skill and helps organize various events around the world.

Previously, Jay was the Solutions Architect for Enterprise business of Ixia Solutions Group, Keysight Technologies for the Asia Pacific region and is responsible for architecting Network Application Performance and Security Resiliency solutions for Ixia customers and a key person for driving Cyber Range solutions to customers in APAC. Jay is CISSP certified and holds a Bachelors of Technology in Computer Sciences from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India.
